Blade Clamp
The Blade Clamp locks around a UH-60M Black Hawk Helicopter rotor blade to hoist it for installation or maintenance. A-M CPT’s Blade Clamp can also be retrofit for use with UH-60 A/L aircraft.

Collective Jackshaft
A-M CPT designed a new Collective Jackshaft for use on CH-58 Kiowa Warrior Helicopters. The jackshaft maintains a rigid connection between the pilot's and co-pilot's control sticks. The new design improved situational corrosion that occurred due to galvanic reaction between the jackshaft and a friction bearing. The new design provides lower production costs, lower maintenance costs and a corrosion-resistant part.

Flare Dispenser
A-M CPT has designed new flare dispenser brackets to be used on the new composite tail cone of the UH-60M Black Hawk Helicopter. Through the use of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) as a design aid, the new design is lighter and stronger than the legacy brackets.

Flex Circuit Harness
This new wire harness for the TOW-2 Weapon System onboard the Army’s armored Bradley Fighting Vehicle was developed at A-M CPT at the request of the Army. A-M CPT
engineers worked closely with Army personnel to understand the shortcomings and
failures of harnesses currently in use and to design an innovative harness with new
features and many improvements.

A-M CPT is designing a single test set to replace three current test breakout boxes. The test boxes to be replaced are the Oil Pressure Test Box, Auxiliary Fuel Relay Panel Breakout Box, and Auxiliary Fuel Signal Conditioner Breakout Box.

Tow Plate
A-M CPT is designing a new tow plate to fit UH-60M Black Hawk aircraft. Tow plates are used to secure the aircraft when transported by sea, air or road. The new design will retain the form, fit and function of the legacy part, but will be fabricated of a lower-weight material to allow permanent installation on the helicopter.
